Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
- The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt and status of your return.
- Refund Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Credit Timing: The credit will be processed within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at help@marsio.shop. Once we receive the returned item, we will send out the replacement item.

Return Instructions
To start a return, contact us at help@marsio.shop. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
